On the afternoon of July 12, the College of Animal Science and Technology held a party committee meeting to study the rectification plan for the feedback from the laboratory inspection. The party committee secretary Wei Xiaoqiang, dean Lu Yangqing, deputy party committee secretary Sha Jian, and vice deans Ning Pengfei, He Jiakang, and Jiang Qinyang attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by the party committee secretary Wei Xiaoqiang.

Jiang Qinyang introduced the feedback from the school party committee's special inspection team on laboratory safety management. The college party committee leadership team compared the inspection feedback and decomposed it item by item, and combined with the actual situation of the college, formulated the "Corrective Plan of the Party Committee of the College of Animal Science and Technology on Implementing the Feedback from the Special Inspection on Laboratory Safety Management".

Wei Xiaoqiang emphasized that the college should improve its political position and attach great importance to the problems found by the party committee inspection. We should adhere to the orientation of parallel problems and results, adhere to the principle of treating symptoms and root causes at the same time, dig deep into the root causes of problems, implement the division of responsibilities, and strictly and practically rectify the problems reported by the inspection. We should do a good job in daily safety hazard inspections, build a long-term mechanism for laboratory safety management, enhance laboratory safety management capabilities, and promote the high-quality development of the college with the actual results of inspection rectification.
